The solemn geographies of human boundaries
Space defines a place in which a new, changing, visible and invisible life is created. In Silvère Jarrosson’s work, the primary space is defined as a choreography: a tribute to his years as a dancer at the Opera and to his university education, with precise,
aerial and spontaneous movements. Each Jet of material finds its right places on the support, the pictorial material is shocked to shape a world between inside and outside, it wants to be creative of a new nature. The visible, through pictorial flesh seeks to reach and to hang out the bundaries of the invisible, of the imaginary and of human unconsciousness. The material dances, vibrates and the spectator creates his own space with his anxieties, his joys and his desires.
